Friends of the Fairfield Gardens Society

For the most up to date information please check us out on Facebook.

We are a volunteer non-profit society, working with Agriculture & Agri-Food Canada in Lethbridge, Alberta, to develop a public ornamental garden in the park area, just east of the main building at the Lethbridge Research Centre.

If you appreciate the value of public gardens and are interested in joining our gardening efforts, please contact us for more information.

You don’t have to be a society member to participate in the beautification of the Fairfield Gardens. If you enjoy gardening, just come out and join us at a scheduled work party. Activities range from light tasks such as transplanting seedlings to the heavier work of transplanting perennials.

Our volunteer work parties are usually organized on short notice depending on the weather, so, for up-to-date information on activities and work schedules, please add your email address to the Volunteers' mailing list...just email us.

Fairfield Gardens are open to the public during daylight hours. Please respect other users in the area.
