January 5, 2005

I live near Rocky Mountain House, Alberta with my husband and three children.

I’m a freelance writer with a column that appears every Thursday in the Red Deer Advocate. My work appears regularly in the Alberta Gardener.

I have taught landscaping and pruning classes to adults. I have worked with children and horticulture through schools, Girl Guides and Red Deer College. I also work as a substitute teacher.

I am willing to visit schools, garden clubs and other groups to speak on a number of horticultural topics.

As a freelance writer and gardener I am always interested in visiting others yards and going on garden tours.
